Day 2 · The Main Event
NORDIC MORNING. UNDERGROUND NIGHT.
Morning cycle tour through the Meatpacking District and along the harbour. Brunch. Afternoon free for the city. Early dinner at a Noma-alumni restaurant — six courses of Nordic ingenuity. Then Culture Box: Copenhagen's definitive techno institution, in a converted industrial space in the Latin Quarter.

Day 3 · Departure
ONE LAST SMØRREBRØD.
Late checkout, long brunch. A walk through Nyhavn or a visit to the Louisiana Museum of Modern Art if time allows. Transfer to the airport.
